Heard Shri Rai Shivaji Nath, learned senior counsel for the appellants and Shri Ram Sagar Singh, learned counsel for the respondent.

The subject-matter of proceedings is the

Patna High Court LPA No.1549 of 2009 dt.29-07-2015 2/2 qualifications for the post of Block Teacher, to be specific, whether the Upshastri degree in Sanskrit is equivalent to Matriculation, which is stipulated as a qualification for the post of Block Teacher. The learned single Judge allowed the writ petition by extensively discussing and following the judgment in C.W.J.C. No.12456/08.

It is not in dispute that the subject-matter of the writ petition giving rise to the Appeal is same as in C.W.J.C. No.12456/08. The said writ petition was allowed by this Court. L.P.A. No.607/10, filed against the said judgment was dismissed on 28.4.2011 through a detailed order. Following the same, we dismiss this Appeal also. Interlocutory application, if any, stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
