In the present case substantial amount has been paid by the State to the petitioner still petitioner has grievances that though the State has already remitted the money along with a letter for payment of Rs.69,212/- to the Bank for crediting the same in the account of the petitioner but the same has not

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Bank has not acted in terms of the letter issued by the State Government.

The petitioner is directed to approach the Chief General Manager, State Bank of Indian, Main Branch, Patna and the aforesaid authority will look in the matter and ensure crediting the aforesaid amount in his account. In failure to comply the order of this Court, the Court may take a very serious view of the matter.

Petitioner has further submitted that the State has not paid the entire amount to the petitioner which he is really entitled to specifically with regard to payment of gratuity as only 90% of gratuity amount has been paid and wrongly deducted Rs. 22,000/- from his pension. Even pension of the petitioner has been reduced. Petitioner further submits that he has not been paid interest on the amount of remaining GPF amount.

Petitioner is directed file a detailed representation before the competent authority who will examine the case of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order. If such a representation is filed by the petitioner, the competent
