The petitioner seeks bail in Bettiah Town P. S. Case No. 110/2015 dated 03.03.2015 registered for offences punishable under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code The prosecution case is that two Pulsar motorcycles have been stolen by unknown persons.
The petitioner is languishing in jail since 21-03-2015 and states that he has no concern with the stolen motorcycle. Considering the facts and circumstances, the above named petitioner, Md. Nanhe Quraishi @ Md. Nanhey Qureshi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20178 of 2015 (3) dt.29-07-2015 2/2 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Town P. S. Case No. 110 of 2015 with following conditions :- I) One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.
II) The petitioner will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.
III) The petitioner will be well represented in the Court.
IV) In case of absence for two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the Court concerned.
