The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 494 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 1 has antecedent of two cases and petitioner no. 2 has antecedent of one case, it is next submitted that petitioner no. 1 is the father-in-law of the informant and

Learned counsel next submits that the petitioner no. 2 was completely unaware that the husband of the informant was married from before, it is also submitted that thrust of the allegation is against the husband of the informant. It is further submitted that husband has also filed his anticipatory bail application before this Court which is pending adjudication. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant oppose the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners but are not able to meet the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioner no. 1 is the father-in-law and petitioner no.
2 is second wife of the husband of the informant and the thrust of the allegation is against the husband of the informant.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67626 of 2021(6) dt.12-10-2022 3/3 bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Ali Nagar P.S. Case No. 25 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
