2. The present modification application has been filed for modifying the order 10.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35502 of 2025.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence in the bail application, the satisfaction portion as well as the P.S. Case No. have wrongly been mentioned as "learned POCSO Cum ADJ VII, Gaya in connection with Neemchak Bathani P.S Case No. 247 of 2024" but in fact, it should be "Smt. Pragya Aishwarya, the Learned JMFC, Sherghati (Gaya) in connection with Gurua P.S Case No. 105 of 2022".

4. In view of the above, let the satisfaction portion of the bail application as well as P.S Case No. be read as "Smt. Pragya Aishwarya, the Learned JMFC, Sherghati (Gaya) in connection with Gurua P.S Case No. 105 of 2022" in place of "learned POCSO Cum ADJ VII, Gaya in connection with Neemchak Bathani P.S Case No. 247 of 2024" and let the same be also read in the order dated 10.07.2025 in paragraph nos. 2 and 6.

5. Accordingly, order dated 10.07.2025 is modified to the aforesaid extent and further two weeks' time is granted to the petitioner to furnish the bail bond in the Court below.

6. Accordingly, the present modification petition stands disposed of.
