JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 07-01-2015 After having heard the parties and taking into consideration the nature of grievances raised on behalf of the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that the interest of justice shall be sub-served if the petitioner is granted liberty to file a comprehensive representation before the respondent no. 3- the Secretary, Bihar School Examination Board, Patna raising all the points, which have been raised in the present writ petition. It is ordered accordingly.

If such a comprehensive representation with all supporting documents as also the certified copy of the present order is filed on behalf of the petitioner within a period of one month from today, then the respondent Secretary, or any other competent authority of the Bihar School Examination Board, shall be obliged to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order at an early date preferably within a maximum period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6928 of 2014 (2) dt.07-01-2015 2/2 If on consideration of the materials the competent authority of the respondent Board comes to a conclusion that claims raised on behalf of the petitioner are admissible to her, then consequential order shall also be issued for grant of such admissible claims without any unnecessary further delay. The writ petition stands finally disposed of with the observations and directions made above.
