The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant, mother of the deceased, alleged that her daughter was killed by her husband and other in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. It is submitted that the informant was informed on 11.05.2014 and she came to the house of the petitioner. The informant saw the dead body of her daughter but she kept mum for about three months and later on lodged a case on 04.08.2014 stating therein that she was forced not to lodge the case. The petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner. Considering the nature of allegation made against

No.19567 of 2015 (2) dt.16-06-2015 the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is the brother-in-law of the deceased, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajesh Pandey, Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Desri (Sahdei) P.S. Case No. 189 of 2014.
