This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by defendant No.1, petitioner against the order dated 07.05.2016 passed by the Sub-Judge-3rd , Bhabhua in T.S. No. 200 of 2010, whereby the learned court below rejected the application filed by the petitioner seeking permission to sell property of his share for the purpose of marriage of daughter, repairing of house and also for education of the son. 3.

From perusal of the application filed by the petitioner, which is annexure-2 to this application, it appears that the petitioner is seeking permission to sell near about 15 acres of land.

From perusal of the application, prima facie, it appears that the application is not bonafide and, therefore, I do not
