JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-09-2016 Heard, No doubt, the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 19-08-2015 and uptill now, only charge could be framed against the petitioner but taking into consideration the allegation, levelled against the petitioner, again, I am not inclined to release him on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 93 of 2015 stands rejected. However, learned trial court should expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible, preferably, within four months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, failing which, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the learned trial court itself.
