The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No.109 of 2022 instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307,379,504, 506 of the IPC. As per the FIR, the allegation is that the children of both the sides had gone to witness a circus where they had a fight between them. The family members intervened and pacified the matter. The further allegation is that as the son of the petitioner no.1 came weeping in his house, the next morning the accused persons armed variously assaulted the informant's side.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57566 of 2022(2) dt.24-01-2023 2/2 Considering the fact that there is assault of against the petitioners and the same has been inflicted on the head, this court is not inclined to grant them privilege of anticipatory bail, which is accordingly rejected.
