No.46391 of 2019 to the extent that the Court where the case is pending is learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Gopalganj, which has wrongly been typed in the aforesaid order as Special Judge, Excise, Motihari, East Champaran, due to typographical mistake committed in the bail application itself. The prayer for modification is allowed.
