JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 19-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Victim, aged about five years, was unsuccessfully subjected to rape and during course thereof, she had sustained injuries over her person, which the doctor had also found.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there happens to be land dispute amongst the parties. Also submitted that none is an eye witness to occurrence. Also submitted that petitioner happens to be under custody since 30.05.2018.

On the other side, learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the prayer.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
