JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 27-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 300 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 354, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 8 and 12 of POCSO Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. He is in custody since 10.6.2018. He has been arrested in the case merely on suspicion. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that compromise has taken place between the parties and the same has been filed in the court below, copy of which, has been enclosed as Annexure-2. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the
