2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State informs this Court that he has received instruction that entire payment as a result of enhancement of pension after giving benefit of 6th and 7th Pay revision will be paid to the petitioner within a period of two weeks.

3. The Treasury Officer, Bhagalpur as well as the Accountant General must ensure to communicate the authority slip to the concerned Bank forthwith.

4. In case of any non-compliance in redressing the grievance of the petitioner within the period as has been informed before this Court, petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate legal action against the concerned respondents who fails to make payment for the reason of any ignorance / indolence on the part of the concerned respondents.

5. The Bank authority is directed to approach the petitioner at her house for any paraphernalia required to be fulfilled on behalf of the petitioner.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.
