1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this writ petition is being filed on behalf of the petitioner for issuance of appropriate order/orders, direction/directions or writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing and commanding the respondents to remove the encroachment made by the Respondents No. 8 and 9, by way of filling soil on the land of the petitioner, appertaining to Khata No. 87, Khesra No. 323, Zamabandi No. 87/12 and

Patna High Court CWJC No.15212 of 2024(2) dt.03-10-2024 2/2 old Khata No. 04, Khesra No. 140/216."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands dismissed.
