2. Following relief(s) have been prayed for in paragraph No. 1 of the present writ application: "1. That this writ application is being filed by the petitioner for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents District Land Settlement Officer, Bhagalpur to correct the current Revisional Survey Khatiyan in which the petitioner's land has wrongly been

Patna High Court CWJC No.12349 of 2024 dt.20-08-2024 2/3 entered in the name of other persons in view of Kramik/Cadastral Khatiyan in which the land in question is recorded in name of petitioner ancestor (Great grandfather) namely Ravi Mandal son of Bheetan Mandal by caste Dhanuk of Makanpur, land situated in Thana No. 45, Touji no. 361, Bihpur, Bhagalpur, Khesra no. 1907 area 3.70 decimals.

Further prayer of the petitioner in this case is that after correction in the Revisional Survey Khatiyan rent receipt be granted in his name. And/or pass such other order or orders as your Lordships may deem fit and proper."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter relates to 3.70 decimals of land situated in Thana No. 45, Touji no. 361, Bihpur, Bhagalpur, Khesra no. 1907. At the first instance, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present matter is entirely covered by the order dated 23.07.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 10768 of 2024.

4. Learned counsel for the State does not raise any objection to the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the District Land Settlement Officer, Bhagalpur (respondent No. 5) in next four weeks.

6. In that case, the District Land Settlement Officer, Bhagalpur (respondent No. 5) shall be duty bound to take up the
