The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 313 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act and Sections 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act. The petitioner claims to be a juvenile. Hence, no proceeding of the petitioner is maintainable before the regular criminal Court. Therefore, this application stands disposed of as not maintainable.
The petitioner may approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievances.
