Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 70 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections- 406, 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against this petitioner in the first information report. Petitioner is in no way concerned with the firm in question. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 28.10.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45736 of 2016. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Case No. 70 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
