That this Writ Application is being filed for issuance of Appropriate writ/ writs / order/ orders for setting aside the letter dated 28.10.2013 issued by Anchal Adhikari, Sursand, whereby and whereunder the C.O. has noticed the petitioner to produce document regarding alleged disputed land which has been donated for mandir decades ago and since then neither original landowner or the government has any concern over the land and even then

AND also for further direction to the respondent authority not to disturb the petitioner's peaceful possession over the temple land by taking further steps as the notice ab initio is null and avoid."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that the respondents are not proceeding against the petitioner at the moment, hence the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
