The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Atri P.S. Case No.238 of 2021 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a)(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the alleged recovery has been made from Ghagha Badhar of village Jehli Bigha which is an abandoned place. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a
