The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Phulwarisharif (Janipur) P.S. Case No. 231 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted that there is a case and counter case. There is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners. The counter case has been filed by the petitioner no.4 against the informant and others stating therein that the accused persons have caused fracture injury to his father. It has further been submitted that both the parties are gotiya.

There is a case and counter case. It is mentioned in para-3 of bail petition that petitioners have clean antecedent. In the circumstances, prayer of the petitioners for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners, named above, within six weeks from today in connection with Phulwarisharif (Janipur) P.S. Case No. 231 of 2016, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Patna, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
