Informant became victim of the loot during course of which, on the pretext of firearm, he was deprived of motorcycle, bag, tablet, cash appertaining to Rs. 68,130 and mobile. From case diary (Para-19) it is evident that I.O. got information with regard to culprit whereupon, raid was conducted (Para-23) wherefrom so many articles were recovered from the house of Happy Kumar and from the possession of co-accused Sadhu @ Awadhesh. So far as, petitioner is concerned, loaded firearm was recovered and for that, separate case had been instituted. Although, charge-sheet has been submitted but neither petitioner has been put on TIP nor anything more has been collected save and except inculpatory

Accordingly, petitioner, Guddu Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Barh in connection with Athmalgola P.S.
