Patna High Court CWJC No.14437 of 2022(2) dt.09-05-2023 2/2 dispose off the pending Encroachment Case Nos. 6 and 7 of 2022-23.

The learned counsel for the Respondent-State submits that in case the aforesaid encroachment proceedings have not already been concluded, the same shall be concluded forthwith. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the present case, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition with a direction to the Circle Officer, Gwalpara, District-Madhepura, to dispose off of the proceedings of the aforesaid encroachment cases in case the same have not already been disposed off, by passing the final orders under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, within a period of six weeks of receipt / production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
