2. The present writ application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for the following reliefs:- a. For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ/Order/direction directing and commanding Respondent number 2 and 5 to immediately conduct the medical examination of husband of writ petitioner who is an under trial prisoner and suffered injuries during police remand and further to

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1916 of 2025(2) dt.07-08-2025 2/3 provide him immediate proper and specialized medical treatment for the injuries sustained during police remand.

b. For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ/Order/direction directing and commanding the concerned respondents to provide proper medical treatment to husband of writ petitioner who is an under trial prisoner languishing in jail in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S case number -313/2025 dated 06.07.2025 and is need of immediate medical consultation as his stent fitted in heart has been dislocated due to injuries suffered during police remand.

c. For issuance of appropriate Writ/Order/direction to the trial court to pass an appropriate order for enquiry in its superintendence pursuant to petition dated 22.07.2025 filed by daughter of petitioner whereby she had reported the custodial

d. For issuance of appropriate declaration that the husband of petitioner despite being an under trial prisoner is entitled of getting proper health care as his fundamental right.

3. In view of the prayer made by the petitioner, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Jail Superintendent, Siwan to get the petitioner treated at AIIMS, Patna or IGIMS, Patna or IGIC PMCH, Patna for her ailment/s. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
