2. The petitioner is in custody since 24.12.2015 in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 274 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on mere suspicion. He has not been named in the first information report which has been instituted against unknown persons. Petitioner's name has surfaced in the re-statement of the informant who also named co-accused Tarjan Mandal, latter having been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 7146 of 2016.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24669 of 2016 (3) dt.19-07-2016 2/2 connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 274 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. No. 2273 of 2015.
