JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2017 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 22.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7236 of 2017 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail with an observation that he shall cooperate in the investigation and make himself available before the Police as and when required and he shall submit all the documents relating to appointment. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has already submitted the paper (Annexure-2) which was mentioned in condition no. 3 of the aforesaid order. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner so far condition no. 3 is concerned, the order dated 22.02.2017 is modified to the extent that he has submitted the paper and he will produce the same

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15174 of 2017 (2) dt.29-03-2017 2/2 before the Investigating Officer and also assist and cooperate in investigation of the case. But if the receipt is found forged, prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail of the petitioner and as the petitioner could not surrender before the court below due to the aforesaid condition, he will surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt or production of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
