ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 20-09-2016 Heard Mr. Baidya Nath Thakur, learned Counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, and Mr. Ravindra Kumar, learned A.C. to AAG-6, appearing for the respondent-State. Having regard to the nature of allegations, which have been made by the petitioner in this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, in the form of Public Interest Litigation, this Court is of the view that its extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India cannot be invoked in the present case.

While closing this writ petition, we make it clear that

Patna High Court CWJC No.10807 of 2016 (2) dt.20-09-2016 2/2 the petitioner may, if so advised, either lodge a First Information Report with jurisdictional Police Station or a complaint with the Criminal Court of competent jurisdiction if he has any supporting material.

If a First Information Report is lodged or a complaint is filed, the same shall be dealt with, expeditiously, in accordance with law.
