The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with K. Hat (Madhubani) P.S. Case No.539 of 2016 registered under Sections 307, 341 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magitrate, Purnia.

The accusation is that in the evening of 18.11.2016 at about 07.00 P.M., the informant Ajay Kumar Sharma was returning to his house after taking the milk from Durga Asthan then, in the way, the petitioner met and asked the informant to accompany him. When the informant refused to go with the

On alarm being raised by the informant, the petitioner fled away and the informant was rushed to the Sadar Hospital by his family members and local people for treatment.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
