At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed representations before the Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 for redressal of his grievances but till date, no order has been passed by the respondent authority on his representation.

In view of the aforesaid, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a detailed

Patna High Court CWJC No.14720 of 2022(4) dt.13-02-2025 2/2 representation with all the supporting documents before Respondent No.4 within a period of 30 days and Respondent No.4, after receiving such representation, shall pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of one month thereafter considering the Memo No.1969 dated 25.10.2019 issued by the Director, Secondary Education on 13.01.2024.

4. It is made clear that Respondent No.4 shall be held responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.
