Mr Md Matloob Rab, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 06-06-2022 Cr Misc No 66250 of 2021 was notified earlier today during the vacation for rectification of inadvertent typographical errors. At the end of the said proceedings, the petitioner's counsel has made a mention regarding certain inadvertent typographical errors in the instant case. Under such circumstances, the matter has been notified for rectification of the error.
Petitioner's counsel has pointed out, with reference to the pleadings in the bail application, the First Information Report as also the order dated 05.10.2021, whereby and whereunder the learned Special Judge, Excise, Sheohar has rejected the bail application of the petitioner, that the instant case arises out of Piprahi Police Station (for brevity, PS) Case
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67495 of 2021(3) dt.06-06-2022 2/2 No 145 of 2021. Learned counsel submits that apparently a typographical error has crept into the order dated 02.06.2022 wherein instead of Piprahi PS Case No 145 of 2021, the same has been typed as Lakhisarai (Ramgarh) Police Station (for brevity, PS) Case No 687 of 2021.
On going through the records, this Court would find that the submissions of the petitioner's counsel are correct. Accordingly, this Court directs that the order dated 02.06.2022 be modified so as to read Piprahi PS Case No 145 of 2021, instead of Lakhisarai (Ramgarh) PS Case No 687 of 2021, in the second paragraph of order dated 02.06.2022.
