The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Muffasil P.S. Case No.95 of 2019 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that one Niru Tiwari, wife of Chitranjan Tiwari went to Registry office for selling land of others. Petitioners are alleged to be the witnesses of the sale deed but the informant informed the Sub-Registrar and the sale deed could not be executed.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are witnesses of the sale deed and they had no knowledge about the fact that Niru Tiwari had no title over the

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioners and the fact that petitioners are witnesses of the sale deed which was presented to be registered by Niru Tiwari, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, District-East Champaran in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.95 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
