The petitioners have filed this petition for modification of the order dated 09.01.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46740 of 2016 with Cr. Misc. No. 47853 of 2016 to extend the period of surrender of the petitioners above named in the court below. In pursuance of the aforesaid order, Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail and they were directed to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order but, unfortunately the petitioners could not surrender in the court below, as they were confined to bed, on account of injuries caused to the petitioners in an accident.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11069 of 2017 (3) dt.26-04-2017 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the period for surrender of the petitioners is extended for two weeks from today. Accordingly, the modification petition is allowed to the extent indicated above.
