The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Paharpur P.S. Case No. 31 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498 (A) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law, sister-inlaw and brother-in-law of the complainant. The complainant made omnibus and general allegation of assault and demand of dowry.
