JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 6.4.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 3763 of 2017 and petitioner is husband of the deceased and dead body was found in the house of the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is in custody for more than two years and only one witness has been examined in th is case.

Heard learned APP and perused the report from which it appears that two witnesses have been examined and five witnesses are yet to be examined and learned trial court has sought some more time.

In such view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, learned trial court is directed to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54557 of 2018 (3) dt.19-09-2018 2/2 conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible by conducting it on regular basis.
