JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-07-2015 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 34 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 341, 323, 498(A) and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the D. P. Act.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The prosecution story, in brief, is that all the accused persons who are the husband and in-laws of the informant Ajmeri Khatoon tortured her in various ways for non-fulfillment of their more dowry demand and they also assaulted her brutally. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. It is submitted that the

It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit amount of Rs. 1,000/- each month in the court below which may be released in favour of the informant. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the same, the petitioner is directed to deposit amount of Rs. 1,000/- each month in the court below which shall be released in favour of the informant, let the above named, petitioner, be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 34 of 2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.
