The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Forbesganj P.S.
Case No.206/15 registered under Sections498(A), 328, 304 (B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of dowry demand.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in fact, the petitioners are the brother and sister-in-law of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11874 of 2017 (2) dt.04-04-2017 husband of the deceased and both the petitioners are residing separately from the husband of the deceased and with ulterior motive both the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-IInd, Araria, in connection with Forbesganj P.S.Case No.206/15, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
