It has been submitted on behalf of the opposite party no.2/informant that the informant has got married to the petitioner of this case and considering her future, she is not interested in pursuing the case any further.

Having regard to the consensual nature of fact of the informant and submissions made in her behalf before this Court today, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 89 of 2021, vide order dated 20.04.2022, is hereby confirmed, subject to the conditions mentioned in Section 437 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67705 of 2021(4) dt.26-09-2022 2/2 and also the following conditions :

(i) The petitioner will remain present on each and every date fixed by the court below.

(ii) In case of absence on three consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, the bail bond of the petitioner will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned.
