2. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 08.05.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17562 of 2024 by which the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail with certain conditions for extending the period of surrender.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner used to live at Delhi and worked there in a clothes shop for his livelihood and due to communication gap, he could not surrender within the stipulated period and prays for extension of period of surrender.

4. Having regard to the submission made on behalf of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63518 of 2024(2) dt.30-08-2024 2/2 the petitioner and the averments mentioned in the modification application, the time to surrender is extended by four weeks from today subject to payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- by the petitioner which will be deposited by the petitioners in the coffers of District Legal Services Authority, Gaya within two weeks.

5. Accordingly, the order dated 08.05.2024 is modified to the aforesaid extent only.

6. This petition stands disposed of.
