The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 48 of 2019, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 48 bottles each containing 180 ml Indian made foreign liquor near the poultry farm of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the alleged Indian made foreign liquor was not recorded from the poultry farm of the petitioner rather the same was recovered near his poultry farm and petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
