2. The petition has been filed alleging deliberate violation of the order of this Court dated 29.11.2012 passed in CWJC No. 20777 of 2012 requiring the authorities to consider the petitioner's case and taking decision at their end.

3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of OP No. 3, Annexure-A whereof being an order dated 14.11.2013 discloses that a final decision has been taken by the authorities and thus it is submitted that the order of this Court stands complied with.

4. In the above view of the matter, MJC No. 2802 of 2014 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner Madarsa that in case it is aggrieved by the order of the authorities as noticed above, it may agitate the same before an appropriate forum in accordance with law if so advised.
