The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 41 of 2016 registered under Sections 307, 498A and 415/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that on perusal of the report of the Mediation Proceeding No. 350 of 2015, it appears that both the parties have amicably settled the disputes on payment of one time settlement amount by the petitioner. Both the parties are also ready to withdraw their cases pending in the Court below.
