JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-05-2023 The short prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the District Magistrate/ District Arms Magistrate, Patna to dispose off the application, filed by the petitioner on 09.07.2021 for grant of Arms licence. The learned counsel for the respondent- State submits that in case, the aforesaid application of the petitioner is still pending, the same shall be disposed off, forthwith. In view of the aforesaid submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, I deem it fit and appropriate to direct the District Magistrate/ District Arms Magistrate, Patna to dispose off the aforesaid application filed by the petitioner for grant of
