JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 20-11-2017 The writ petition has been filed to quash the letters submitted by the members of Panchayat Samiti before the respondent no. 7 whereby and whereunder respondent no. 7 was requested to convene a special meeting of the Panchayat Samiti on 28.04.2015 to consider the no confidence motion against the petitioner, who was sitting Up-Pramukh of Panchayat Samiti, Noorsarai on the basis of the requisition submitted by the members of the Panchayat Samiti on 19.04.2014.

It has been pointed out by the learned counsel for the parties that after filing of the writ petition, next election of

Patna High Court CWJC No.6386 of 2015 dt.20-11-2017 3/3 Panchayat Samiti has already been held in the year 2016. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed.
