The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections 379, 411 and 420(B) of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended that petitioner no.1 is driver and petitioner no.2 is Khalsi of the truck. It is further contended that they have been falsely implicated in this case as they were coming from Rampur with loaded material and truck was simply parked at the petrol pump. Petitioners claim that their antecedent are clean and they are in custody since 07.04.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, Ali Hasnain and Ali Hasan are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26627 of 2016 (2) dt.14-07-2016 2 / 2 (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Goh P.S. Case No.32 of 16 with a condition that one of the bailors of the petitioners must be the close relative or their family member, who will file affidavit before the court below giving full genealogy showing his or her relationship with the petitioners.
