JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the opposite party No. 2 and State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Lakhisarai Mahila P.S. Case No. 25 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 498A and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are parents-in-law and Dewar of the complainant. It has further been submitted that the petitioners appeared before the police under Section 41(A) Cr. P.C.
From the allegation in the written report it appears
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8230 of 2017 (2) dt.28-02-2017 2/2 that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners, named above, within six weeks from today, in connection with Lakhisarai Mahila P.S. Case No. 25 of 2016, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr. P.C.
