There is no rebuttal to the aforesaid and this Court accepting the same, dispose off of the matter in view of the compliance reported by the opposite parties. However, in case the petitioner has any grievance still subsisting with regard to the settlement of her claim, she shall have liberty to assail it afresh in accordance with law.
