The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 363 and 366 (A) of the Indian Penal Code. The mother of the victim girl made allegation that the petitioner kidnapped her minor daughter but the daughter appeared in court and made her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., in which she disclosed that she voluntarily left her house and went along with the petitioner. The petitioner did not kidnap her. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Satyapriya Anand, J.M., Ist Class, Sadar at Patna in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No.77/2015.
