JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-09-2019 The short prayer made by the petitioner, in the present writ petition is to direct the Circle Officer, Block-Parbatta, Dist-Khagaria to dispose of the pending Encroachment case no. 3 of 2016-17, wherein no steps whatsoever for removal of the encroachment made over the public land, have been taken.

Having regard to the short prayer made, I deem it fit and appropriate to direct the Circle Officer, Block-Parbatta, Dist-Khagaria to dispose of the pending Encroachment case no. 3 of 2016-17 by passing a final order under Section 6(1) of Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 after seeking

Patna High Court CWJC No.17453 of 2019(2) dt.03-09-2019 2/2 objections from the encroachers and considering the same, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
