Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Banka Mahila PS Case no.11 /19 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 498A, 341, 323, 34 of the D.P.Act. As per the FIR there is allegation against the petitioner of demand of Rs.10 lac and for that ousted her from the house. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that as a matter of fact marriage was solemnized between the petitioner no.1 and the informant and the allegation of marriage at temple is false and concocted and only to pressurize the petitioner the present case has been lodged. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

No.56386 of 2019(3) dt.16-11-2019 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the2019 like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Banka in connection with Banka Mahila P.S.Case no.11 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
