The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 447, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. For land dispute, the petitioner, allegedly, caused injury with farsa to Sanjay Yadav and Vijay Yadav. The Doctor has found head injury on both the injured, though simple in nature.

After hearing the parties and considering the fact that the petitioner had knowledge that his act might cause death, I am not inclined to enlarge him on anticipatory bail in connection with Barauli Police Station Case No. 247 of 2016 corresponding to G.R. No. 203890 of 2016 pending in the Court of learned Chief

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17211 of 2017 (2) dt.13-04-2017 2/2 Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj/successor Court. Hence, prayer for bail is refused.
